Welcome to the personal website of Krishnan , where you can find information about his work, his interests, and his journey as a learner. With over 25 years of experience in multiple industries, Krishnan is a seasoned professional and business leader who has made significant contributions to fields such as Healthcare, Clean-technology, Telecom, and FMCG. He has worked in both urban and rural markets of the Indian subcontinent and is currently an active member of the CII Western Region & Healthcare sector Skill Council Core Group on Healthcare.
Krishnan is a learner at heart and has always believed in the power of education. He has a bachelor's degree in chemistry and a Masters Degree in Psychology from IGNOU , specialising in Organizational & Industrial Psychology.He has also completed executive education programs from prestigious institutions like INSEAD, IIM Kolkata, Symbiosis Distance Learning.Krishnan has expertise in General Management, Marketing, Strategy, People Leadership, Finance, Operations, and Psychology.
Krishnan is also an active volunteer and India Ambassador for INSEAD Community Impact Challenge on Environment & a Global Mentor in the INSEAD Alumni Program. He has enabled the formation of the INSEAD Healthcare Club of India and remains committed to being a force for good in this area.
Krishnan also has been an active member in of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) a leading trade body and Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC) as a core committee member of the western region .
He also is the chairman of the CII Hospital & Health-tech awards committee for 2023 , 24 and now has also joined @WeSchool , Mumbai as a Academic Board member for their flagship PGDM Healthcare Program
In his work, Krishnan has seen the journey of beginning as a salesman and became a business leader, working with teams ranging from as small as 5 to as large as 400. Krishnan loves being a professional and the opportunity to be a people and business catalyst. He also trains, coaches, and mentors people on a variety of subjects, including Careers, Finance for Non Finance, Marketing, Branding, GTM, Sales, distribution, Leadership, Negotiation, Vendor Management, Valuation, Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Krishnan has published over 100 motivational thoughts under the hashtag #lifeisme and wrote on LinkedIn under the hashtag #sundayscrapbook. He has also written articles on various topics that you may find interesting .People and ideas keep him intrigued .
Krishnan has a passion for language and culture, music, reading, and food. He loves any kind of music, began growing up listening to Hindi, Marathi, English, and Tamil artists .Managed to learn to play guitar at the age of 16. Krishnan is also a foodie who enjoys local delicacies, preferably vegetarian, and considers travel both a job and a hobby. Krishnan is also a singer along with being a guitarist , Attempted voice over for personal amateur creative assignments .
Being creative is Krishnan's way of being rebellious, being curious is his way of staying engaged, and hustling and taking risks is his way of learning and growing. Books are the ones that have grown him, and he binges on stories and knowledge in any form, be it comics, cartoons, movies, or heavy-duty marketing, psychology, strategy, or economics books.
